One 5- to 7-pound fully cooked boneless ham portion
2 tablespoons cloves 
1 cup honey 
1 can ginger ale 
1/4 cup grainy brown mustard 
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern about 1/8 inch deep. Stud the top of the ham with the cloves, then put it in a roasting pan with a rack, tent it with foil and bake for 1 hour.
  • Heat the honey, ginger ale, mustard and vinegar in a small saucepan until bubbly. Cook until reduced and a bit thicker, 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and brush the glaze on the ham. Return it to the oven for 15 minutes. Repeat once more. Remove it from the oven and let it rest/cool slightly.

75 g Clear honey (3oz)
1 tb Lemon juice
1 Garlic crushed
2 ts Wholegrain mustard
Salt
1 sm Fresh pineapple peeled and large chunks

Steps:

  • "1. Preheat the oven to 180?C/350F/Gas Mark 4. 2. Roast the gammon following instructions on the pack. 3. Blend together the honey, lemon juice, garlic, mustard and seasoning. 4. At this point when the foil is removed from the gammon joint, brush over 3/4 of the glaze and place the pineapple pieces around the edge of the joint. 5. Return to the oven for the final 30 minutes of cooking. 6. Transfer to a serving plate and serve with the roasted pineapple around the edge and brush over the remaining glaze. NOTES : Roast gammon with a delicious sweet and fruity glaze. "
