1 boneless fully cooked ham (about 3 pounds)
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon water

Steps:

  • Place ham on a greased rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 50-60 minutes. Combine honey, mustard and sugar; brush about 3 tablespoons over ham. Bake 10-15 minutes longer or until a thermometer reads 140° and ham is heated through. Stir into remaining glaze; heat through and serve with the ham.

  • In a 2 cup bowl or measure, combine Dijon and dry mustard, sugar, vinegar and oil and beat well.
  • Microwave on HIGH 1 minute.
  • Spread on cooked ham or corned beef and microwave at 50% power for 5 to 10 minutes, or bake in preheated oven at 350F 15 to 20 minutes.
