Warm up with this cozy soup with a touch of peanut-soy sauce. A little zest and a whole lot of flavor and nutrition. A warm and satisfying soup for any meal that's simple to make! This recipe supports the Decision-free, Healthy Solutions, and Phase 2 diet plans. This recipe makes 1 serving at 270 calories.

1 Tbs PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
1 Tbs low-sodium soy sauce
1 Tbs water
1/8 tsp each- onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, and curry powder
1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 HMR Whole Grain Medley with Chicken entree

Steps:

  • 1. Whisk PB2, soy sauce, and 1 Tbs water until smooth.
  • 2. Add spices and broth to mixture and heat in microwave for 1-1.5 min.
  • 3. Heat entree as directed on package.
  • 4. Combine entree and broth mixture.

1 HMR Vanilla Shake
1/2 Tbs fat-free, sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
1/2 Tbs fat-free, sugar-free lemon pudding mix
8 ice cubes
4 oz. cold water

Steps:

  • 1. Blend 8 ice cubes in a food processor then scrape off the sides.
  • 2. Add 4 oz water.
  • 3. Add HMR Vanilla Shake mix.
  • 4. Add the pudding mix powder.
  • 5. Blend for a few minutes, until smooth.
