- Melt the butter, and stir in seasoning mix; pour over the mushrooms, tossing to coat. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
- Cover the pot; set the heat to low and cook for 4 hours. Serve warm, topped with the chopped chives.

- Preheat broiler and arrange oven rack about 4 inches from the heating element.
- Place mushrooms in a gallon-size Glad® Food Storage Bag.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together oil, ¼ cup water, vinegar, and seasoning mix until dissolved. Pour over mushrooms; seal bag and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Place mushrooms on a broiler pan or rimmed baking sheet and broil for about 8 minutes or until tender.
