Steps:
- Combine pineapple, rice vinegar, sugar, Fresno chiles, 1/2 teaspoon of the salt, and 1 teaspoon of the oil in a small bowl. Cover and let stand 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat remaining 1 teaspoon oil in a large skillet over high. Pat tuna dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle tuna with pepper and remaining 1 teaspoon salt. Add tuna to skillet; cook to desired degree of doneness, about 2 minutes per side. Transfer tuna to a cutting board; cut across the grain into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
- Divide seaweed salad and sliced tuna among tortillas. Top evenly with pineapple salsa, and sprinkle evenly with black sesame seeds.

- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Toast hamburger buns, and spread cut sides with butter.
- Drain half of the oil from the tuna. Combine the tuna and remaining oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chili powder in a small bowl. Mix well. Fill each toasted bun with tuna salad, shredded lettuce, mozzarella cheese, and one pineapple ring.
- Place sandwiches on a baking sheet, and heat until the cheese melts, approximately 10 to 12 minutes.

- Combine your soy sauce, sesame oil and chili flakes into the bowl. Fold until well mixed. Since you’re already adding soy sauce, you don’t need to add a lot of Hawaiian Salt. Then garnish with whatever else you have (sesame seeds, seaweed, kukui nuts, etc.).

As far as tuna melts go, this one is pretty amazing. It may be a bit messy, but it's very tasty. The base of the sandwich is sweet Hawaiian bread cut into thick slices and buttered. We liked the tuna salad itself - it has many textures and flavors. When it cooks, the melted cheese holds everything in. This seems very fancy, almost restaurant quality... no one has to know how easy it is. Just make sure to have napkins handy.
