1 cup green beans (fresh, frozen or canned)

Steps:

  • Heat oil in skillet.
  • Saute onion and garlic.
  • Add ground beef.
  • Brown.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Cover and simmer 25 minutes.
  • Serve with rice.
