HAM AND SWISS CROISSANT RECIPES
HOT HAM & SWISS CROISSANTS, MELTY, CHEESY PERFECTION!
Hot Ham & Swiss Croissants, buttery croissants, melty cheese and a honey mustard sauce all melt together to make the perfect sandwich.

Yield 4 servings
Number Of Ingredients 6
Steps:
- Mix the mustard, honey and brown sugar together.
- Spread the honey mustard mixture on each side of the four split croissants.
- Place a slice on swiss on each half of the croissants.
- Top the bottom half of each croissant with however much ham you like.
- Place two halves back together.
- Wrap in foil.
- Place in fridge for later or
- Place in a 350 preheated oven for 10-15 minute. Yum!

Remove the baking sheets from the refrigerator and use a pastry brush to gently brush the surfaces of each pastry with the yolk mixture. Transfer the sheets to the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Rotate the baking sheets and switch racks and continue to bake until the pastries are deeply browned, another 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the baking sheets.
