1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed 98% fat free broccoli cheese soup
1 cup milk (whole or 2%)
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
10 ounces frozen broccoli cuts
1 1/2 cups cooked ham, diced
3 cups rotini pasta, cooked and drained

Steps:

  • Mix together soup, milk, mustard and broccoli in skillet. Heat to a boil; cook over low heat 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
  • Add the ham and cooked pasta and heat through.
  • Serve.

1 tbsp. of Hy-Vee canola oil
2 c. of Mr. Dells hash browns
0 Hy-Vee sea salt and freshly ground Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste
0.5 c. of Hy-Vee diced ham
0.5 c. of Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese
2 Hy-Vee large eggs

Steps:

  • 1. Heat canola oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add hash browns and season lightly with salt and pepper. Cook, without stirring, until golden brown, about 8 minutes. Flip and cook an additional 2 minutes.
  • 2. Reduce heat to low. Sprinkle with diced ham and cheese. Cover.
  • 3. Meanwhile, spray a small non-stick pan with non-stick cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Break an egg into a small bowl and gently slide into 1 side of skillet. Break other egg into a small bowl and slide into other side of skillet. Cook until egg whites are completely set and egg yolks are slightly firm, about 8 minutes. The eggs should reach at least 140 degrees.
  • 4. Slip a spatula beneath each egg and slide on top of hash browns, ham and cheese. Serve immediately.
