2 cups biscuit crumbs (i.e. gramham crackers)
2 tablespoons butter
250 gm cream cheese
1 small tin condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 cups guanabana
3 teaspoon gelatine dissolved in 1/4 cup of hot water

Steps:

  • "Seed and pulp the soursop. (Be patient) Mix butter together with crumbs so it forms a ball and pat into a pie dish. Chill at least 2 hours. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour into chilled pie crust and chill in fridge overnight. Top with shaved chocolate before serving."

4 ounce egg yolk
1 cup vegan heavy cream
1 cup fresh guanabána puree
1 ounce powdered gelatin
1 cup fresh black sapote
12 ounce white chocolate couverture
6 ounce granulated or powdered sugar

Steps:

  • Whisk the egg yolks with granulated or powdered sugar until creamy, then whip in the vegan heavy cream. Heat the soursop puree and powdered gelatin until gelatin is melted. Combine the white chocolate couverture and fresh black sapote with the soursop gelatin mixture. Add the egg, sugar, and cream mixture. Chill in refrigerator for a few hours, then serve.
