STEAK BURGERS RECIPE | ALLRECIPES
I enjoy making these hamburgers because they have that steak flavor in it. I just serve them right off the grill, they are bursting with flavor. Thanks Char-griller for this excellent burger recipe. I had to share with you all.

Steps:
- Mix ground beef and Montreal steak seasoning together in a bowl. Form mixture into 4 patties.
- Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate. Grill patties until browned, 5 to 6 minutes per side.
- Serve grilled patties on hamburger buns.

Steps:
- In large bowl, combine ground beef, worcestershire, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper; shape mixture into 5 (1/2-inch thick) patties.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add beef patties, and cooke for 4-5 minutes per side or until browned.
- Remove patties from skillet, and set aside.
- Drain skillet, reserving 1 T skillet drippings.
- In the same skillet, heat reserved drippings over medium high heat.
- Add mushrooms and onion, and cook, stirring frequently, for 5-6 minutes, or until tender.
- Return beef patties to skillet.
- In small bowl, combine consomme, broth, and gravy mix; add to skillet.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes, or until beef patties are cooked through and sauce is thickened.
- Serve immediately over hot cooked egg noodles, if desired.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.

- In a large bowl, combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper. Divide beef mixture into 4 patties, then flatten to ½” thick oval patties. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add patties and cook until golden and cooked through, 6 to 8 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside to keep warm. To same pan, melt butter. Add mushrooms and onions and cook until softened, 5 minutes. Add flour and toss to coat veggies. Slowly whisk in broth, then add worcestershire and thyme. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and let simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Return steaks to skillet and spoon sauce over. Heat until warmed through.
