A simple grilled corn on the cob recipe topped with garlic spread and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese

PAM® Grilling Spray
1/4 cup Parkay® Original Spread-tub
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 medium ears fresh sweet corn, husks removed
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Spray cold grate of gas grill with grilling spray. Preheat grill for medium heat. Meanwhile, combine Parkay, garlic salt and pepper in small bowl; set aside.
  • Grill corn 12 to 15 minutes or until tender and browned lightly, turning occasionally.
  • Remove corn from grill. Brush with Parkay mixture; sprinkle entire ear of corn with cheese.

Grilled Jersey Sweet Corn with Balsamic and Parmesan Cheese image

  I’m a Jersey guy, and in my opinion, there’s nothing better than Jersey sweet corn in the dead of summer. Any corn will do for this recipe, but I strongly recommend you try to get your hands on my home state’s.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 ears fresh corn, shucked
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
pinch of chili flakes
olive oil, for grilling
salt and pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Heat a grill to medium-high. Season the ears of corn with a little bit of olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Alternatively, you can brush your grill with olive oil, rather than the ears of corn. Grill the ears of corn, turning constantly, until nice charred and a bright yellow. Remove the corn from the grill but leave the grill on.
  • In a large bowl, toss together the grilled corn on the cob with the balsamic, Parmesan, and chile flakes. Put the cobs back on the grill for 2 more minutes, turning constantly.
