The mung bean paste I fried by myself was a bit confused why it turned out to be red in the end, and it looked like red bean paste. In terms of nutrition, mung bean has a diuretic effect. 200 g Flour
45 grams oil
150 grams Mung bean filling
5 grams Sugar
40 grams Vegetable oil
50 grams water

Steps:

  • Fried mung bean paste
  • 105 grams of flour add 5 grams of sugar and 40 grams of oil
  • Mix well
  • Flush in 50 grams of boiling water
