How to make grass jelly. The following makes just 1 cup of grass jelly.

Steps:
- Mix tapioca starch with a couple tablespoons of water. Set it aside.
- In a saucepan bring tea to a boil.
- Mix agar agar into the tea and stir well.
- Mix the starch water again. Pour and stir it slowly into the tea while it’s still boiling.
- Keep stirring while it’s boiling. It’s important to see that the whole pot has started to thicken before taking it off the heat.
- Take the mixture off the heat and let cool in a non-plastic container. It should thicken and solidify more within a couple of hours.
- Refrigerate.
- Enjoy!
