A great potato side dish with ranch flavor!

Steps:
- Grease a 4 liter pan & preheat oven to 400.
- Mix vegetables together. Mix oil and seasoning mix together (I use a small wire whisk). Do this right before using, or it will harden.
- Pour oil mixture over vegetables and mix well. Put into prepared pan and cover with foil.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender, stirring 1/2 way through.

- Cook cranberries, ginger, raisins, sugar, orange juice, butter, allspice, and a big pinch of salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally and reducing heat as needed to keep from scorching, until cranberries have burst and relish is thick and jammy, 10–12 minutes. Let cool before serving. Do ahead: Relish can be made 3 days ahead. Cover and chill.

Aug 31, 2014 · Melt butter in a large heavy skillet over medium heat. Brown pork chops well on both sides. Remove chops from pan and place in slow cooker. 2. Add the soup and ranch dressing mix to the same pan the pork chops were browned in. Mix well and heat. 3. Pour soup mixture over pork chops in slow cooker. Cover and cook on HI 3-4 hours or LOW 4-6 hours.
