- Pour on water thats been boiled but cooled over them. Leave them overnight or until the fruits swell and the water attains a pleasant pink color.
- Afterwards, you can heat it a little if you dont like cold tea. You can use the fruits from it to make a healthy shake or smoothie .

Whisk for 30 seconds; strain into ice-filled glasses. Add an orange wedge and a lemon wedge to each glass; squeeze juice from wedges into strained mixture. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
