Ingredients

1 ? cups flour
? cup Hershey powder
1 ½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp Kosher salt
4 Tbsp sweet cream butter (softened)
4 Tbsp vegetable shortening
½ cup dark brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup whole milk
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
½ cup sweet cream butter (softened)
3 Tbsp heavy cream
¼ cup hershey cocoa powder
12 Chocolate Godiva hearts
1 cup melted semi sweet chocolate to drizzle on top

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a whoopie pie pan with baking spray Using a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt Using a standing mixer, beat the butter, shortening and brown sugar until combined and smooth Beat in the egg and vanilla until combined
Alternate between the flour and milk and gradually mix until combined
Spoon 1 ½ tbsp of batter into the whoopie pie cavities
Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the tops are fluffy and bounce back when touched
Allow the pies to cool
Using a standing mixer, beat the powdered sugar, butter, cocoa powder and heavy whipping cream until combined, smooth and stiff
Scoop the frosting into the piping bag
Pair the whoopie pies with their size mate
Pipe frosting onto the bottom of the whoopie pies and place the top on top of the frosting and press down lightly
Drizzle with melted chocolate and place a godiva heart in the center
Devour!
