ghee or butter, melted

1/2 tsp.

garlic powder

1/4 tsp.

turmeric

1

small head of cauliflower cut into small florets

Kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • In a small bowl whisk together ghee, garlic powder, and turmeric. Place cauliflower in a large bowl and pour over the ghee mixture, tossing to coat until all the florets are tinted yellow. Season generously with salt and pepper. Preheat air fryer to 375º for three minutes. Add cauliflower to air fryer basket in a single layer and cook, tossing halfway through, until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
