1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon purchased minced garlic
1/8 teaspoon dried parsley
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Using Fresh Garlic
1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1/8 teaspoon dried parsley
1/8 teaspoon onion powder

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients for desired garlic butter in bowl. Beat at medium speed until well mixed.
  • Store refrigerated in container with tight-fitting lid for up to 2 weeks.

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons garlic salt, or to taste
3 tablespoons garlic powder, or to taste
½ lemon, juiced, or to taste

Steps:

  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; cook and stir minced garlic until lightly browned. Add shrimp; season with garlic salt and garlic powder. Pour lemon juice over shrimp. Continue to cook and stir until shrimp are bright pink on the outside and the meat is no longer transparent in the center, 5 to 10 minutes.
