MOJITOS BY THE PITCHER RECIPE | ALLRECIPES

Mojitos by the Pitcher Recipe | Allrecipes image

I have served this to people who have sworn that they dislike mojitos and they love it. I believe it is the fresh ingredients and the use of sugar, instead of simple syrup, muddled together that makes this cocktail refreshing and delicious. It takes a little bit of work but the results are well worth it. Serve over ice.

MOJITO WITBIER RECIPE - BEERCRAFTR'S 1-GALLON BEER RECIPES
This was a fun experiment. My former colleagues and I wanted to create a beer that would represent each of us in one recipe. So, we chose a grain bill and a Belgian yeast to represent our resident Belgian; hops with mint and lime aromas to represent our resident Cuban and Peruvian, a wit style for the white guys on the team. Designed for easy sipping on a hot patio, it can double as a beer cocktail base. Why not toss in some mint leaves and a dash of white rum?

MOJITO PITCHER RECIPE | SOUTHERN LIVING
Our recipe testers called this big-batch cocktail refreshing and just sweet enough to leave you wanting one more glass. Sound like your kind of cocktail? Yeah, us too. Here, we call for quite a bit of lime juice, which can turn into a chore if you find yourself with a bunch of lackluster citrus. To ensure you get the most juice from each lime, be sure to select fruit that is tender. The harder limes are oftentimes dry on the inside. You'll want to let the base recipe chill completely before serving, and don't make it too far ahead or else the lime will start to lose its punch. Spice up taco Tuesday with our Pitcher Mojitos, or mix up a batch after a day on the lake. However and whenever you decide to serve them, Pitcher Mojitos are sure to be just the cool sipper your summer needs.

REFRESHING MOJITO BY THE PITCHER MOJITOS RECIPE - FOOD.COM
This is a refreshing Cuban drink. It's hard to stop drinking these on a hot summers day. I made these for the fourth of July and we went on to 3 yes 3 pitchers! If you don't have a muddle stick try a mortar and pestle or the end of a wooden rolling pin. Please use fresh lime if you cannot go ahead and try the already bottled lime juice but if you do think about that when you rate this recipe! I did both and there's nothing like fresh! Same goes for the fresh mint if you need to you can use frozen but I DON'T recommend extract. And for the sugar real granular is what helps muddles the lime and extract the mint oils from the leaves.
