These fudge cups are as easy to make as they are too eat. Be sure to save a few for yourself before you start handing them out!

1 c. bittersweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. unsalted roasted peanuts
1 tsp. flaked sea salt

Steps:

  • Line a 12-hole mini muffin pan with foil candy cups. Place bittersweet chocolate chips in a medium bowl. Heat heavy cream in a small heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium-low heat until very hot but not boiling. Remove from heat, pour over the chocolate chips and let sit for 10 minutes. Stir with a whisk until smooth. Divide the chocolate among the candy cups (about 1 tablespoon per cup) and sprinkle with 1/4 cup unsalted roasted peanuts (chopped) and 1 teaspoon flaked sea salt. Refrigerate until set, 45 minutes to 1 hour.

3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
¼ cup butter
1 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Place chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter or margarine in large microwaveable bowl. Zap in microwave on medium until chips are melted, about 3-5 minute, stirring once or twice during cooking. Stir in nuts, if desired.
  • Pour into well-greased 8x8-inch glass baking dish. Refrigerate until set.
