2 teaspoons grated gingerroot
1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 cups watermelon cubes
2 cups cantaloupe cubes
2 cups fresh pineapple cubes
2 cups seedless green grapes
1 pint (2 cups) fresh raspberries

Steps:

  • In 1-cup microwave-safe measuring cup, combine all dressing ingredients; mix well. Microwave on HIGH for 30 to 45 seconds or until thoroughly heated. Cool 15 minutes or until completely cooled.
  • In very large bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Pour dressing over fruit; toss gently to coat.

1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
2 nectarines, halved, pitted and sliced
1/2 cup seedless green grapes, halved
1/2 cup seedless red grapes, halved
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup fresh blackberries

Steps:

  • In large bowl, combine ginger ale, honey, lime peel and lime juice; mix well.
  • Add all remaining ingredients; stir gently to combine. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
