This is a refreshing, spice-infused, but not too sweet, beverage recipe that is perfect any time of day.

1 pint Land O Lakes® Half & Half
2 tablespoons sugar
4 chai-flavored tea bags
2 cups ice cubes
Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream sweetened, whipped
Ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • Combine half & half and sugar in 2-quart saucepan; add teabags. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes. Remove teabags. Refrigerate mixture 1 hour or until well chilled.
  • Pour tea mixture into 5-cup blender container at serving time; add ice cubes. Cover; blend 30-60 seconds or until smooth and frothy.
  • Pour into individual glasses. Dollop each serving with sweetened whipped cream; sprinkle with cinnamon.

Number Of Ingredients 9

¼ cup honey
2 cinnamon sticks
5 whole cloves
1 1-inch piece ginger, finely chopped
7 bags black tea
1 pint vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
3 cups ice cubes

Steps:

  • In a saucepan, combine 1 cup water, the honey, cinnamon sticks, cloves and ginger over low heat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat, add the tea bags and let steep for 5 minutes. Strain, then let the tea cool for 20 minutes.
  • Using a blender, combine the tea, frozen yogurt, nutmeg and cardamom. Add the ice cubes and blend until smooth.
