These herbed ninja foodi pork chops are made in an air fryer, for a less fatty yet still tender, juicy cut of meat that's perfect for dinner!

2 pork chops
2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp oregano
salt
pepper
extra virgin olive oil spray

Steps:

  • Pat dry pork chops with clean kitchen towel to remove any excess moisture.
  • Load seasonings into a bowl and mix well.
  • Spray pork chops with extra virgin olive oil and then toss pork chops in the seasoning until they are well coated.
  • Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket and place the air fryer basket into the Ninja Foodi. Place the lid down and cook for 4 minutes at 360 degrees F.
  • When it beeps flip the pork chops over and cook for an additional 4 minutes at the same temperature and then serve.

Air Fryer Frozen Pork Chops. How to air fry pork chops from frozen. A delicious Portuguese inspired recipe that is perfect for busy weeknights and produces wonderfully tender pork chops.

6 Medium Frozen Pork Chops
Frozen French Fries (optional)
Side Salad (optional)
Salt & Pepper

Steps:

  • Unpack. Remove your frozen pork chops from the packaging and load into the air fryer basket ready for cooking.
  • Season. Season your pork chops well with salt and pepper.
  • Cook. Start cooking your pork chops with a temperature of 120c/250f for 10 minutes. Turn using tongs. Cook for a further 8 minutes at 170c/340f.
  • Prepare. While the pork chops are cooking make your side salad. In a small bowl mix a teaspoon each of balsamic vinegar, honey, and extra virgin olive oil. Toss lettuce leaves in it and serve your salad with sliced tomatoes and cucumbers.
  • Finish. Load onto plates your pork chops with a side salad, fries and a pork sauce.
