Steps:

100 g soy
2 trees celery
2 scoops salt
1 scoop Chicken noodles
1 small piece ginger
4 petals garlic
15 capsules pepper
7 Dried chili
1 stage very light blue
3 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Soak the dried soybeans in cold water one night in advance, put the soaked soybeans in a pot of cold water, cook for 10-20 minutes on high heat and then low heat for 10-20 minutes until cooked, remove the dried water and set aside
  • Wash the celery, control the moisture, chop the celery leaves and stalks separately, and cut slightly smaller
  • Preparation ingredients: onion, ginger, garlic and dried chili
  • Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic separately, and cut the dried chili into small pieces
  • Pour a little bit more oil into the pot. When the oil is cold, throw a dozen peppercorns into it. Stir slowly until it smokes and the peppercorns give off a fragrance.
  • Then remove the diced peppercorns and discard them, pour the onion, ginger, garlic and dried pepper segments into the pepper oil
  • It's still a small fire, sauté fragrant
  • Put in the cooked soybeans
  • Add two spoons of salt
  • Chop the celery sticks first, and stir-fry evenly
  • Then add chopped celery leaves
  • Turn to high heat and stir fry quickly. The cooked soybeans and celery will produce some water
  • Stir-fry until there is no water vapor, the bottom of the pot is dry and there is no water vapor at all.
  • Add a spoonful of chicken powder
  • Stir-fry and serve, both cold and hot, can’t be eaten, put it in a sealed box in the refrigerator and keep it in the refrigerator. It can be kept for a week.
