This is a recipe that my mother would make for "refreshment" night. Saturday night was a special night for our family. We would all have our own glass bottle Coca Cola and whatever was the refreshment for that night. We would then sit down and watch Saturday Night Movies on channel 10.

1 pound(s) raw peanuts
1/4 cup(s) canola oil
- salt, to taste

Steps:

  • Heat oil.
  • Place peanuts in the hot oil.
  • Stir constantly until they just begin to turn red. If you cook them any longer, they will taste scorched.
  • Remove from pan (a black skillet works best). Place on paper towels to drain.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Store any leftovers in an air-tight container. Leftovers were never a problem at the Sugg household.

200 g peanut
2 spoons Peanut oil
5 grams Refined salt

Steps:

  • Wash the peanuts and add half a spoon of salt
  • Soak for about five minutes
  • Drain the water
  • Put a little oil in the rice cooker
  • Spread the peanuts evenly in the pot
  • Press the cooking button, after a while you can hear the crackling sound of peanuts in the pot, wait for it to keep warm
  • Turn the peanuts over with a shovel
  • Continue to press the cooking button. After jumping to the heat preservation, I was afraid it would not be crisp enough, so I pressed the heat preservation again. In fact, there was no crackling sound at the last time. If there is no crackling sound, it means it is ready to be fried. , It's very crispy after cooling
  • Sprinkle 2 grams of salt, gently shake the bowl, so that the peanuts are evenly covered with salt, wait until it is completely cooled, and eat. The amount of salt can be adjusted according to your taste
