i create a delicious pizza recipe on fried chicken,the pizza sauce mixed in honey mustard,i used banana peppers,applewood bacon and crumbled american cheese.Also this recipe is for million of people whose in covid-19 quarantine?

1/4 cup(s) olive oil
1 large vidalia sweet onion,peeled and sliced
2 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes
8 applewood bacon strips
1 cup(s) pizza sauce
1 cup(s) honey mustard
1 (10 ounce) container refrigerated pizza crust
12 deli fried chicken strips,sliced
1 cup(s) crumbled processed american cheese
2 banana peppers,sliced
1 tablespoon(s) garlic powder
2 cup(s) shredded colby jack cheese

Steps:

  • Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.Add sliced vidalia onion,saute for 5 minutes.Reduce heat for medium-low,and continue cooking and stirring until the onion is very tender for 5 more minutes.Stir in red pepper flakes.
  • Place the bacon strips in a large,deep skillet and cook over medium-high heat,turning occasionally,until evenly browned,about 10 minutes.Drain the bacon strips on a paper towel-lined plate;crumble when it cool.
  • In a medium bowl,combine pizza sauce and honey mustard;whisk together until blended.Set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.Grease a baking sheet.
  • Press the refrigerated pizza crust onto the baking sheet to fit the size of the pan.Spread the honey mustard/pizza sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
  • Sprinkle with sliced fried chicken strips,caramelized onion,bacon,crumbled american cheese and sliced banana peppers.Season with garlic powder.Top with shredded colby jack cheese
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese has melted and bubbly and the pizza crust is golden brown on the bottom,for 15 to 20 minutes

1 1/2 teaspoons italian seasoning
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 lb ground chicken
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
1 1/2 cups Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
6 large eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons water
vegetable oil, for frying
1/2 cup marinara sauce
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
sliced red onion
green bell pepper, strips
black olives
pepperoni

Steps:

  • Line the inside of a 10-inch springform pan with plastic wrap.
  • Mix the Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and paprika together in a bowl. Add the ground chicken and mix to combine.
  • Spray your hands with nonstick spray and press the mixture into an even layer in the prepared pan. Fold plastic over to cover and freeze until solid, 6 hours to overnight.
  • Add the flour and garlic powder to a sheet pan and mix to combine.
  • Add the panko and bread crumbs to another sheet pan and mix to combine.
  • Beat the eggs with water and add to a sheet pan.
  • Add about 1 inch of oil to 12-inch cast iron skillet and attach a thermometer. Heat to 375°F.
  • Preheat the broiler.
  • Unwrap the chicken disk. Dredge in the flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
  • Carefully add the coated chicken to the oil. The oil will drop significantly, but try to keep the heat around 300°F Fry for 3-4 minutes per side, carefully flipping over with tongs.
  • Drain on a paper towel lined sheet tray.
  • Transfer the patty to a wire rack on top of a sheet pan. Spread the marinara sauce over, sprinkle with the mozzarella and the grated parmesan. Top with your favorite pizza toppings.
  • Broil for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
