Then, pour into the simmering pan of berry juice. Increase heat to high, and continue to whisk the mixture until it thickens into a glaze (approximately 3-5 minutes). CLEAR FRUIT GLAZE FOR CAKES RECIPE - FOOD.COM
I knew this recipe wouldn't be here at Zaar because it's very very old. It came from my ex-boyfriend's Aunt Suzie. She was different from the rest of the family (she a Baptist, they were Catholic) which made her the black sheep. She and I got along like peas and carrots. I commented that I loved to cook and she gave me this recipe. It was her husband's grandmother's recipe. She said it was his favorite.

THE BEST GLAZED FRUIT SALAD | JUST A PINCH RECIPES
What a delightful fruit salad! The orange marmalade glaze is sweet but has a little bit of tang from the lemon. This was great at room temperature, but even better after it sat in the fridge for a few hours and the flavors blended together. We had some extra strawberries so we threw them in too. So yummy!
