Seasoned with French's Classic Yellow Mustard, dark brown sugar, dried thyme leaves, sweet onions, salt and pepper, the flavor of these slow cooker pork chops is enhanced by sweet apple juices and tart sauerkraut. Just throw all the ingredients in the slow cooker for a few hours for a no fuss holiday dinner.

Ingredients

6 boneless pork chops, 1-1/2 inches thick (about 2 lbs.)
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp vegetable oil
32 oz sauerkraut
2 large apples, sliced
1 large sweet onion, sliced
1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 cup Classic Yellow Mustard
3 tbsp firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves

Steps:

SEASON pork with salt and pepper. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat and brown chops.
ADD sauerkraut, apples and onions to slow cooker. Arrange chops on top of sauerkraut mixture. Combine apple juice, mustard, brown sugar, and thyme and pour over chops.
COVER and cook on LOW 8 to 9 hours or HIGH 4 to 5 hours, until pork is tender.

2 cups Original Crispy Fried Onions
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
4 (5 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 egg

Steps:

PLACE Crispy Fried Onions and flour into plastic bag. Lightly crush with hands or with rolling pin. Transfer to pie plate or waxed paper.
DIP chicken into egg; then coat with onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere. Place chicken on baking sheet.
BAKE at 350°F for 20 min. or until no longer pink in center.
