Number Of Ingredients 4

Coffee - 31 g (6 Tbsp), coarsely ground
Hot Water - 200° F, 465 g (2.25 cups), just off boil
Spoon - For stirring

Steps:

  • Preheat your french press
  • Add freshly roasted coffee to your carafe
  • Pour over hot water in a circular motion to ensure that all the grounds are submerge, Fill up your carafe till about half full
  • Start your timer and wait for 30 seconds, This process is called Blooming
  • Pour over hot water to fill the carafe rest of the way, Add the lid and lower plunger just a bit till the mesh slightly touches the of the water surface
  • Start your timer and wait for four minutes while your coffee is brewing
  • Almost there, Now, you can press the plunger all the down
  • Enjoy your tasty cup of Joe, and I’m sure it came out excellent!
