Wotou recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

There are many kinds of old Northeast flavors. This is a dish that people often eat when the standard of living is low in the past. The name sounds nice. 400 grams Cornmeal
A spoonful Vegetable oil
Right amount vegetables

Steps:

  • Put the cornmeal in the container and set aside.
  • Knead the noodles in warm water, mix until there is no dry powder, and knead into a dough
  • Take an appropriate amount of dough and press it with your right thumb to form a nest.
