Fish bone porridge recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

Noodles boiled with fish bones, steamed, marinated, and fried are all delicious. I cooked a fish bone porridge at noon, praised a sweet and nutritious!

5 trees Choy Sum
(With bones) 1 fish
1 cup Rice
5 grams salt
1 teaspoon Cooking oil
1 shallot
a little corn starch
10 bowls Shimizu
3 slices ginger
2 teaspoons Soy sauce

Steps:

  • Prepare the ingredients
  • Prepare the ingredients
  • Add salt, ginger, cornstarch, edible oil, light soy sauce to the fish bones, then mix well and marinate for about 10 minutes
  • Clean the cabbage and cut into small pieces
  • Wash the rice and add appropriate amount of water to the rice cooker
  • Put the fish bones in the porridge after boiling
  • After the fish bones are cooked, add the choy sum and stir evenly
  • After the porridge is cooked, add some salt to taste
