5 ozs corn squares cereal
4 ozs cheddar cheese crackers
2 ozs toasted oats cereal
2 ozs small pretzel sticks, broken in half
1/4 cup margarine, melted
4 tsps ranch salad dressing mix
2 tsps taco seasoning mix

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 300.
  • Prepare a jelly roll pan with cooking spray; set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine corn squares cereal, crackers, toasted oats cereal, and pretzel sticks; set aside.
  • In a liquid measure, combine margarine, ranch dressing mix, and taco seasoning mix.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour mixture in bowl.
  • Mix until all is coated.
  • Spread mixture onto pan.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

This simple slow-cooker snack mix packs big flavor with the additions of ranch and Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix.

4 cups Corn Chex™ cereal
2 cups Wheat Chex™ cereal
4 cups small pretzel twists
2 cups bite-size corn chips
1/4 cup butter, melted
4 teaspoons dry ranch dressing mix (from 1-oz package)
2 teaspoons Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix (from 1-oz package)

Steps:

  • In slow cooker, place both cereals. Add pretzels and corn chips.
  • In small bowl, stir together butter, taco and dressing mixes with whisk until well combined. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated.
  • Cook uncovered on High heat setting 2 hours, stirring every 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Spread mixture on cookie sheet or tray; cool 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
