Here's what you will need to make these 4 smoothies. My advice? Make each smoothie over 4 days - a smoothie a day! Then select which smoothie you enjoyed most to make again and MAKE it better! 1 large 32oz carton of Bob Evans Egg Whites 1 bundle of spinach 4 bananas (cut them up and freeze them) 16oz carton of 2% Greek yogurt 1 carton unsweetened almond milk 1 large bag frozen mango 1 large bag frozen pineapple slices/pieces of watermelon 4 navel oranges dates for sweetening if desired
