The preserved egg is moisturizing and appetizing, nutritious and refreshing, very suitable for hot days!

2 pcs preserved egg
1 piece Tofu with internal fat
1 scoop Soy sauce
1 scoop Vinegar
a little sesame oil
Right amount salt
1 Shallots
Right amount Ginger garlic
1 bag Preserved egg companion

Steps:

  • Prepare a piece of internal fat tofu, two preserved eggs, shallots, ginger and garlic, and a bag of preserved egg companion.
  • Cut the inner fat tofu into small pieces and rinse with cold water to make the tofu more tender and smooth!
  • Cut the preserved egg into small pieces
  • Cut garlic and ginger into pieces and add vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce and a little salt to make a juice!
  • Add shallots
  • Pour the seasoning juice into the preserved egg tofu.
  • It's ready to eat, very refreshing and delicious!

1 pieces tofu
2 eggs
2 chili peppers
1 shallot
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
Water starch
Oil and salt

Steps:

  • Cut the tofu evenly.
  • Knock the eggs into the bowl. Chop the shallot and chili pepper. Place oyster sauce in the bowl, add soy sauce and a little salt, and mix well.
  • Pour the egg liquid into the tofu and stir evenly.
  • Add oil to the pot and heat, add tofu and egg liquid, spread out, heat until the egg liquid is solidified, then turn over, fry the other side, fry the tofu in a golden color. Fried tofu in golden color.
  • Add oil to the pan and pour half of the shallots and peppers.
  • Pour in the tofu that has just been fried, pour in the prepared sauce, bring to a boil, and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour the appropriate amount of water starch and mix until the tofu soup becomes thick. Sprinkle with remaining shallots and peppers.
