6 eggland's best eggs, hard-cooked
3/4 cup fat free greek yogurt, plain
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
2 teaspoon onion, minced
1 1/2 teaspoon parsley
1/4 teaspoon basil
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

Steps:

  • Hard cook eggs; cool completely, peel and slice in half.
  • Chop onion and set aside.
  • Mix eggs, yogurt, Dijon mustard, onions, parsley, basil, salt and pepper in a food processor or blender, mixing until well combined and almost completely smooth.
  • Remove egg mixture from blender or food processor and place in a bowl garnished with fresh parsley leaves.
  • Serve with your favorite crackers, pita chips or veggies.

16 ounces sour cream
1 cup egg
¼ cup pickle
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons chives
kosher salt

Steps:

  • Mix contents of dips packet with sour cream. Add egg, pickles, paprika and chives. Stir well to combine and season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.

  • In a medium saucepan, cover eggs by 1" water. Bring to a boil and remove from the heat. Let sit 11 minutes. Drain and run eggs under cool water. When cool enough to handle, peel eggs and transfer to a food processor. Add mayonnaise, mustard, and hot sauce to food processor and pulse until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Add sour cream and process until smooth. Transfer into a serving dish and garnish with paprika and chives.  Serve with pita chips, celery sticks, and carrot sticks.
