Soy sauce fried rice with shredded cabbage and scrambled egg

4 cup leftover rice
2 eggs ( ,beaten with a small pinch of salt and pepper)
1 and 1/2 tbsp. light soy sauce
1/2 tbsp. dark soy sauce
1/4 tsp. sugar
3 tbsp. cooking oil ( , divided)
1 cup shredded cabbage ( , optional)
a pinch of salt ( , if necessary )

Steps:

  • Whisk egg with a small pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside. In a small bow, mix light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar together in a small bowl.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in wok, fry the rice until separated. Transfer rice to the other edges of the wok. Add another 1 tablespoon of oil and place egg in. Mix rice and egg well quickly.
  • Spread stir fry sauce in. And mix well. Taste the rice, add a small pinch of salt if necessary.
  • Place shredded cabbage in and fry for half a minute.

450 grams Rice
100 g shrimp
2 pcs egg
20ml oil
A tablespoon Soy sauce
3 grams salt
A tablespoon Cooking wine
A teaspoon Corn flour
a little Dried shiitake mushrooms
70 grams carrot
50 grams cowpea

Steps:

  • The shrimps are washed and drained, then marinated with salt, cornstarch and cooking wine for half an hour
  • Wash and dice carrots, soaked dried shiitake mushrooms and cowpeas
  • Cold rice and eggs
  • Heat 5 minutes of oil in a pan, pour into the shrimps and stir-fry, then serve and set aside
  • In another oil pan, heat the oil for 7 minutes, pour the three dices, add the cooking wine and stir fry evenly
  • Add salt
  • Add rice
  • Cover with low heat and heat the rice to loosen
  • After heating, the rice will loosen naturally, beat in the eggs and return the shrimps to the pot
  • Stir-fry evenly and add the dark soy sauce
  • Stir fry until the rice is evenly coated with soy sauce and then turn off the heat.
