Edible Oatmeal Cookie Dough - Hy-Vee Recipes and Ideas image

This is the cookie dough we recommend you eat! Just pulse oatmeal in a food processor or blender and beat in the other ingredients. It even stores in the fridge for up to 5 days.

1.5 c. of Hy-Vee old-fashioned oatmeal
0.75 c. of Hy-Vee salted butter
0.5 c. of Hy-Vee granulated sugar
0.25 c. of Hy-Vee brown sugar
0.5 tsp. of Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
1 c. of Hy-Vee semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • 1.

    Pulse oats in a food processor or blender until finely ground; set aside. Beat in butter and granulated and brown sugar in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer until creamy. Beat in ground oats and cinnamon. Stir in chocolate chips. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Serve with Hy-Vee honey graham crackers if desired.
