This easy, no bake, 2 ingredient white chocolate fudge recipe requires condensed milk and white chocolate. It's rich, fudgy, creamy and great for Holidays.

4 cups White chocolate (Roughly chopped)
1 cup Condensed milk (Sweetened warm, not boiling hot)
1 tbsp Sprinkles (Optional)

Steps:

  • In a deep bowl, add white chocolate and heat in the microwave until it melts. Make sure to mix with a spatula every 30 seconds to prevent the chocolate from burning.
  • Add condensed milk and mix until smooth.
  • Pour this mixture in a Pyrex dish (Dimensions: 10x7x2 ), lined with wax paper.
  • Toss some sprinkles on top of the fudge.
  • Chill in the fridge for at 3 hours or until the fudge it's firm enough to slice. Enjoy!

3 cups white baking pieces
1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk (1-1/4 cups)
1 cup chopped pecans, almonds, or macadamia nuts
2 teaspoons finely shredded orange peel
1 teaspoon vanilla
Coarsely chopped pecans, almonds, or macadamia nuts (optional)

Steps:

  • Line an 8x8x2-inch or 9x9x2-inch baking pan with foil, extending the foil over the edges of the pan. Butter the foil; set pan aside.
  • In a 2-quart heavy saucepan cook and stir white baking pieces and sweetened condensed milk over low heat just until pieces melt and mixture is smooth. Remove saucepan from heat. Stir in the 1 cup nuts, the orange peel, and vanilla.
  • Spread fudge evenly in the prepared pan. If desired, sprinkle with additional nuts; press lightly into fudge. If desired, score into 1-inch pieces. Cover and chill about 2 hours or until firm.
  • When fudge is firm, use foil to lift it out of pan. Cut fudge into squares. Store, tightly covered, at room temperature for up to 1 week.
