Preparing vegan meals can take you between ten to twenty-five minutes. To have your vegan meals ready in a couple of minutes, you must first stock your house with veggies like carrots, lettuce, cucumber, and tomatoes.some of the vegan meals you can prepare easily are;
Take some ripe bananas and mangoes, add some greens and flax, some rolled oats and stevia to add flavor, add some plant-based milk or water and blend them all. You can also use carrot, ginger, lemon, spinach, and kale for a smoothie if you do not like the first choice. You can add less liquid if you prefer munching than sipping.
Fillings like tomatoes, lettuce, and avocado are the best choice for a delicious veggie taco. Add cumin or chili powder for the flavor to the stuffing and serve with a starch of your choice.
Stews and soups
These can be prepared from a wide range of ingredients. My first choice is some cooked legumes and spices, take some chopped and frozen veggies, heat them in water and add them to the legumes mixture and serve with sliced bread. A green monster soup and roasted pumpkin is a worthy meal to try.
You only need to wash
and cut your broccoli, onions, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, kale, and eggplant. Bake or roast the veggies on a baking sheet for about twenty minutes, but do let anything burn. You can then serve with your starch, white rice or polenta does well for me.
