Ingredients

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (10 to 12 whole crackers)
1/4 cup packed light or dark brown sugar
Pinch of salt
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel

Steps:

In medium bowl, mix Crust ingredients. Press evenly into ungreased 9-inch pie plate. Refrigerate 1 hour.
In large bowl, beat Filling ingredients until smooth. Spread evenly in crust. Refrigerate 6 hours or until set.
Serve with whipped cream if desired.

This quick and easy lemon meringue pie recipe can be whipped up in no time by using refrigerated pie crust, tangy lemon pie filling and freshly whipped egg white meringue

Ingredients

1 baked pastry shell (9-inch)
2 cans (15.75 oz each) Duncan Hines® Comstock® Original Lemon Pie Filling & Topping
3 large egg whites
1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
6 tablespoons granulated sugar

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour pie filling into baked crust.
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar in large bowl on medium speed until frothy, about 1 minute. Increase speed to high and continue beating until soft peaks form. Slowly pour in sugar and beat until it reaches stiff peaks.
Spread meringue over pie filling. Bake until meringue is golden, about 12 minutes. Cool, slice and serve lemon meringue pie.
