- Preheat oven to 350°. In a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in the flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly, 2 minutes. , In a greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish, layer with a third of the potatoes, half of the hot dogs and half of the onion. Repeat layers. Top with remaining potatoes. Pour white sauce over all., Bake, covered, for 1 hour. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese. Bake until potatoes are tender, 10-15 minutes longer. If desired, garnish with green onions.

- Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray. In medium saucepan, mix sliced hot dogs, pork and beans, onion, ketchup and brown sugar; mix well. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Spoon hot bean mixture into baking dish.
- Separate dough into 5 biscuits; cut each biscuit into 6 pieces. Arrange biscuits in single layer over hot bean mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 18 to 21 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and biscuits in center of baking dish are cooked through on bottom.

- Preheat oven to 375°. Roll out crescent dough and pinch the perforations together to seal. Cut into 8 even squares. Sprinkle cheddar on each square and roll around hot dogs. Spread chili in an even layer on the bottom of a 9"-x-13" baking dish. Place hot dogs in a row side by side on top of chili. In a small bowl combine melted butter with onion powder and chives. Brush over hot dogs and place in the oven to bake for 30 minutes, covering with foil if the crescent dough begins to get too dark. Top with more chives and serve.

Once the butter has melted, add the carrot, onion and green bell pepper and cook until slightly softened, about 4 minutes. Add the garlic and cook 1 more minute. Add the ground beef, breaking up into little pieces with a wooden spoon, and cook until no pink pieces remain, 5-7 minutes. If a lot of liquid or fat remain in the skillet, drain most and discard. Add the ketchup, brown sugar, chili powder, dry mustard, beef stock, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Stir to combine and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Add hot sauce if desired. Transfer the mixture to a 9-by-13-inch casserole dish. Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Nestle the slider rolls (tops and bottoms together) into the sloppy joe mixture and brush all over with the melted butter. Sprinkle the tops all over with everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the tops of the buns are toasty. Serve in serving bowls immediately.
