This pudding is very smooth and yummy. I got it from a cookbook where I worked. It is so simple to make. Less calories if using sugar free pudding, low fat sour cream and lite cool whip.

- Make pudding according to box directions.
- Add sour cream and mix well.
- Fold in cool whip.
- In large bowl or sheet pan, make layers of pudding mixture, sliced bananas and vanilla wafers.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
- Must be covered and kept in refrigerator.

- Using a trifle dish, layer 1/3 of pudding mixture, 1/2 of vanilla wafers and 1/2 of bananas.
- Repeat layers.
- Top with pudding and garnish with crushed vanilla wafers.
- Refrigerate several hours before serving. (Can refrigerate overnight.).

MOMS EASY BANANA PUDDING | JUST A PINCH RECIPES

- Prepare pudding as directed on box. I use the small boxes. In separate bowl or dish spread out a layer of the wafers evenly on the bottom. Add layer of chopped bananas. I use two bananas per layer. Pour all the pudding on top of your two layers. Spread evenly. To the top of the pudding add rest of chopped bananas then layer the wafers on top. Chill. Enjoy....
