Number Of Ingredients 15

Poha (flattened rice)- 1 bowl
Fresh curd-1 bowl
Milk- 2-3 tbsp
Ginger – 1/4 tsp (grated)
Green chilli – 1 (chopped)
Curry leaves – 4-5
Coriander leaves – 2 tsp (chopped)
Black mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Pomogranet – 2 tsp
Dry red chilli – 1
Sugar – 1/2 tsp (Optional)
Oil – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Water – 1/3 cup

Steps:

  • Take a bowl of flattened rice, wash it, and keep it aside for a few minutes until it becomes soft. Add curd into the soaked flatten rice and then add the milk in the quantity mentioned above. Mix everything well. Now add salt, green chilies, ginger, pomegranate, and sugar. Add chopped coriander leaves in the end. Mix all the ingredients well Add a little water if the mixture looks dry and then mix well.
