All you have to do is chop up the products and arrange them in the clay pots. The oven will take care of the rest

Number Of Ingredients 12

potatoes - 10 - 12 medium
onions - 3 - 4 heads
carrots - 4 - 5
tomato sauce - 1 1/5 cups (300 g, ) or 4 - 5 fresh grated tomatoes
chicken fillet - 19.5 oz (550 g), or pork meat
black pepper
salt
parsley
spice mix - vegetable spice
oil - 6 tablespoons
eggs - 6
cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)

Steps:

  • Put 1 tablespoon of oil in every earthenware pot. Cut the onions into crescents or chop them finely. Cut the meat into small chunks, dice the potatoes, and chop the carrots finely – like for a soup .
  • Put the tomatoes in a bowl and add all the spices. Add 1 ladle of tomatoes/ spices into every pot. Bake for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, at 392°F (200 °C).
  • Once they are ready, break 1 egg over each pot, add a little cheese and return to the turned off oven for about 10 minutes.
