DUNKIN MUNCHKINS RECIPES

Steps:

• Cut each OREO Cookie in half
• Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in intervals of 15 seconds, stirring in between each time, until melted.
• Place a MUNCHKINS donut hole treat on a fork and then dip into the melted chocolate. Use a spoon to spread the melted chocolate evenly over it.
• Tap the fork against the side of the bowl to remove excess chocolate.
• Slide the MUNCHKINS donut hole treat carefully onto parchment paper and immediately press each half of the OREO Cookie on either side
• Press and hold two edible eyes onto the MUNCHKINS donut hole treat
• Allow to dry and repeat!

• Prepare the dough first. Sift together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
• In a separate bowl, combine the sugar, sour cream, egg, and butter. Whisk until pale and smooth, roughly 5 to 7 minutes.
• Fold in the flour mixture until a dough forms.
• Cover the bowl and chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
• Preheat your frying oil to 350 degrees F. Prepare a basket lined with paper towels.
• Portion your dough into 1 to 1½ ounce balls using an ice cream scooper.
• Deep fry the dough in batches until golden brown, roughly 5 minutes. Drain onto your prepared basket.
• Stir to combine your ingredients for the coating.
• While the doughnuts are still warm, toss these into your coating mixture. Serve immediately.
