1 mason jar 1/2 cup rolled oats 2/3 cup water or almond milk 1/4 cup coconut flakes 1/4 cup chia seeds (optional) 1 banana (optional) 1/4 cup raspberries (optional) 1/4 cup walnuts (optional) 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Steps:

  • 1.  Pour rolled oats and any additional fixings of choice into a mason jar. 2.  When ready to eat, add liquid of choice (milk or water can be added, depending on how thick you like it.) Note: Calorie count only reflects oatmeal.

1/2-3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1/4 cup steel-cut oats 2 tbsp chia seeds pinch Kosher or sea salt 1 tbsp coconut chips 1 tsp almond extract 1 tbsp organic pure maple syrup 1 tbsp goji berries

Steps:

  • 1. In a small mason jar, pour the almond milk first, then add the other ingredients. Stir, then put the top on and shake vigorously. 2. Put the oats in the fridge and they'll be ready to go in the morning!

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375° F.  Lightly spray an 8 x 8? or 9 x 9? ceramic baking dish with cooking spray. 2. Arrange the banana slices in a single layer on the bottom of the ceramic dish. Sprinkle half of the blueberries over the bananas, 1/4 tsp of the cinnamon, 1 tbsp of the honey and cover with foil.  Bake 15 minutes, until the bananas get soft. 3. In a medium bowl, combine the oats, half of the nuts, baking powder, remaining cinnamon, and salt; stir together.   4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the remaining honey, milk, egg, and vanilla extract. 5. Remove the bananas from the oven, then pour the oat mixture over the bananas and blueberries.  Pour the almond milk mixture over the oats, making sure to distribute the mixture as evenly as possible.  Sprinkle the remaining blueberries and walnuts over the the top.  Bake the oatmeal for about 30 minutes, and serve warm.

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 350° F. In a mixer, add the applesauce and the sugar, and mix until creamy. Add the egg, vanilla, honey and olive oil and mix well.2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Slowly add the oat mixture to the applesauce mixture and mix just until combined. Add the dark chocolate chips, and mix.3. Using a regular teaspoon, drop teaspoonfuls of cookie dough onto parchment lined baking sheets, leaving at least 2-inches between cookies. Bake until brown and crispy around the edges, about 12 to 15 minutes. Let cool on wire racks.
