1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Peanut Butter Cookie Dough
Sugar
1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
1 container (1 lb) chocolate creamy ready-to-spread frosting
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Cut peanut butter cookie dough into 36 equal pieces; roll each into ball. On ungreased cookie sheets, place balls 2 inches apart. With fork dipped in sugar, flatten each ball slightly in crisscross pattern.
  • Bake 8 to 11 minutes or until light golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheets. Repeat with chocolate chip cookie dough.
  • In small bowl, mix frosting and peanut butter until well blended. Spread about 1 tablespoon frosting mixture on bottom of each peanut butter cookie. Top each with chocolate chip cookie, bottom side down; press gently. Store in refrigerator.

Apr 09, 2017 · In regards to this recipe, I can see it requires 440g of double decker and then 100g choc chips. Whereas the Rolo cookie bars require 250g of rolos and 100g choc chips. Do these ones require that much chocolate or could I use the Rolo recipe and replace that with double decker/snickers etc? Thanks in advance!
