a little Erguotou

Steps:

  • Prepare the required ingredients, just smash the garlic, slice the ginger, smash the brown sugar with the back of a knife, mix the light soy sauce and the oyster sauce, and stir evenly.
  • Cut the pig's feet into pieces, cut into larger pieces, so that it will be delicious when stewed. Put a few pieces of ginger and a little cooking wine in warm water, pour into the cut pig's feet and boil to remove any foam, clean and drain.
  • Prepare a piece of brown sugar and smash it with the back of a knife. You can also use rock sugar instead, about 10 grams. When the pot is just hot, pour in an appropriate amount of oil, add brown sugar, and melt into caramel color on medium and low heat.
  • When the brown sugar cubes are melted and bubbling from the bottom of the pot, pour into the drained pork feet and stir-fry quickly and evenly to color
