DILL PICKLE DORITOS RECIPES
DORITOS FRIED PICKLES – RECIPE CHAMPIONS

Steps:
- Combine the flour, baking powder, paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the butter milk and egg. Mix the 2 together to make a batter.
- Cut off one end of the pickle. Stick the skewer or chopstick inside but not fully through. Using a knife on an angle, cut the pickle creating a spiral.
- Coat the pickle in the wet batter making sure to get the batter inside all the grooves of the pickle. Add the coated pickle to the crushed Doritos and coat it completely pressing in the crushed chips.
- Fry the pickle for 3 minutes or until the Doritos start to change color and get crispy.
- Combine the sour cream, mayo, parsley, dill, chives, and onion powder in a bowl. Combine with a whisk or food processor
- Cover the pickles in the ranch dressing and garnish with chives.
