Brie, Apple, and Fig Crostini (or bruschetta) is the perfect fall appetizer! It's easy and fast to make, and is delicious at room temperature. Perfect for parties.

Prep Time 10 minutes

Number Of Ingredients 6

Baguette, sliced
fig jam
brie
olive oil
fresh apples
2 teaspoons of salt mixed with 4 cups of water

Steps:

  • Toast baguette slices at 350 degrees for 5 minutes, until golden at the edges.
  • Cut apples into thin slices, and let soak in the brine to 10 minutes to keep them from browning. Rinse off.
  • Top pieces of toast with fig jam, brie, and apple slices.
  • Serve at room temperature.
